Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data Ferndale Consulting Ltd collects through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have. Last updated 11 September 2026.
1. Who we are
Ferndale Consulting Ltd is the data controller. We are a private limited company registered in England & Wales, company number 17422893. For any question about this notice or your data, contact debbie@ferndaleconsulting.co.uk.
2. What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the information you enter: your name and title, your work email address, your platform URL, and — if you choose to provide it — your approximate monthly first-time depositor volume and priority markets. We also receive the standard technical data your browser sends with any web request, such as your IP address and approximate location, which our form provider uses for spam filtering and which we see as a country code on the notification email.
We do not use cookies or analytics on this website, and we do not collect any special category data.
3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to take steps towards a possible contract with the business you represent. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to a business-to-business enquiry you initiated), and — where a contract follows — the performance of that contract. Because this is a business-to-business enquiry form, we do not rely on marketing consent, and we will not add you to any mailing list.
4. Who we share it with
We use Web3Forms to receive and relay form submissions by email, and a business email provider to store and read that email. These providers act as our processors and only handle your data on our instructions. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where we are legally required to do so.
5. International transfers
Web3Forms is based in the United States, so submitting the form involves a transfer of your data outside the United Kingdom. That transfer is protected by the provider's contractual safeguards under the UK GDPR international transfer rules. If you would prefer not to use the form, you can email us directly instead and no transfer to Web3Forms takes place.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months from the last contact, so that we can follow up and keep a record of how the enquiry was handled. Where an enquiry becomes a client engagement, records are kept for the period required for tax, accounting and contractual purposes. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted.
7. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is inaccurate, to ask us to erase it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email debbie@ferndaleconsulting.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
8. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
9. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice if our providers or practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
